Spin the neck like a clock

After this, bring your neck back to the right place. Then start moving your neck like a clock. You rotate it five times clockwise and five times upside down. Pull the neck back
You should stand upright in the open space. You take both your hands behind the waist and hold both the lips in each other. Keep in mind that you keep both your hands straight. You try to pull both your hands away from your body and then you move your neck to the left. You stay in the same position for about 10 seconds, then bring your neck back in the middle. Do the same to the right and after stopping in the same position for 10 seconds, bring the neck back. It will also stretch your neck and give you comfort.
Shoulder movement
You stand in an open space, move both your hands to the shoulder. Then rotate both your shoulders in front of you 5 times and then in reverse 5 times. You will feel a little fit by doing so. With this, your work will also get noticed easily and neck pain will be over.
